What is an affiliate program?
If you become a Dreamcastle Affiliate, we will give you some lines of HTML and an image that you will place on your own web-site. When someone is on your site and clicks on that image, they will be passed to our site. We then keep track of their purchases and pay you a commission on anything they buy during their session.

Why should I join the program?
It’s an easy way to make extra money with no extra work for you. You will be able to generate commissions for yourself just by placing a linked Dreamcastle banner ad, logo or image on your web site! How easy is that! Please review our graphics library to choose the right fit for your web site.

Will it cost me anything to become a Dreamcastle Affiliate?
Absolutely not! The affiliate program is free to join and you can change your mind and cancel your account at any time. Just send us an e-mail and we take care of the rest.

How do I get paid?
The sales that result from links on your site are tracked. You may view your traffic and commissions at any time by accessing the statistics tracking URL we provide you when you sign up. We will pay you a 20% commission on our complete line of products - no exceptions! All sales are cumulative and your commissions will not expire. This commission will be calculated on the net sales of all products shipped by Dreamcastle. Net sales being defined as the monthly gross less shipping and handling and sales tax if applicable. For example, suppose you sell 20 products during a thirty day month at $39.95 per order. That's $799 in sales, for which your commission will be $159.80. Since we offer a money back guarantee, any commissions due you will be less any refunds made to your customers.

Checks will be issued no later than the tenth of each month. Any commission due less than $50 will be added to the following months check.

Am I eligible to become an affiliate?
Anyone with a web site can submit an application to our affiliates program and we will review all potential affiliate web sites before accepting them into our program. We reserve the right to refuse any site that contains objectionable material. Please see our affiliate program terms and conditions.

How do I get set up?
Once your site is approved, we will e-mail you exact html code for your web site. All you will need to do is cut and paste this into your web page and when a customer clicks on the banner and continues on to Dreamcastle you will get full credit for whatever they purchase! You may log into your affiliate account to check your statistics!

Where do I get the banners and logos?
We offer a library of available banners and logos. Simply choose the graphics you like from our graphic library and place the accompanying code into your HTML. You must link to our web site with the exact html code we send you so you can have full tracking ability!

How do I check my account statistics?
When you sign up, you will receive a link to the your affiliate admin account that lets you view your traffic, sales and commissions. Run your report whenever you want – it's updated daily.

What am I responsible for as an affiliate?
You are responsible for setting up the links on your site to ours. It can be as few or as many links as you like but remember, the more sales you help create the more money you make.

What is Dreamcastle responsible for?
We will provide you the links, merchandising ideas, graphics and support you need to make the most of this association. We handle all the orders, shipping of product, billing customers and managing customer service. We will offer suggestions on what to promote when we have great deals on products.
